I would not have wanted to be a knight if I had the choice, mainly beacuse I am not interested in fighting or using weapons. I do however, like the qualities that you would have learned as a knight during the Middle Ages.
Probably not. Knights are apparently highly disliked and they have to leave their families when they are very very young.
